Auburn Rail Bridge

The Auburn Rail Bridge was reconstructed in mid 2008. The design and construction was dealt with directly though Railcorp. Railcorp specified and used Xypex C-5000 Admixture to assist in increasing the long term durability of their bridge structure.

As the assest owner, Railcorp were extremely concerned about the service life and durability of the bridge structure. The C-5000 Admixture for this project was supplied directly from Boral Concrete as part of the Concrete Supply Package.

Xypex Admix C-5000 is a unique chemical treatment that has been specially formulated to enhance the durability of reinforced concrete exposed to aggressive conditions.
