Auckland Hospital Helipad: New Zealand

A total of 900 kg of Xypex Admix C-1000NF was included in a 25/19mm pump mix for the Helipad topping slab for the Auckland Hospital.

The helipad was situated atop the middle of the top car park deck. The same mix incorporating Xypex Admix was also used for the top circular car park ramps (120mm Traydec). This was a text book project with good curing and understanding of the site issues by onsite managers.

Composite floors in NZ, accompanied with the appropriate crack control reinforcing, have resulted in outstanding waterproofing results with the addition of Xypex Admix and provide a very complimentary system with the product.


Xypex Admix C-1000NF was included in the mix for the Helipad topping slab for the Auckland Hospital.
