Warehouse & Sales Coordinator - Sydney

Xypex Australia is a leading manufacturer based in Australia and is well known for its excellent product range and market leadership. The Company operates Australia-wide and also has offices in South East Asia. Due to business expansion we are seeking an outgoing and experienced Warehouse & Sales Coordinator to support our Sydney team, based at Homebush West.
To succeed in this role, you will have a proven track record in Administration, Customer Service and warehouse logistics. As this position has a high focus on customer service, you will need to demonstrate your ability to communicate effectively. The successful applicant must also have strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines. This position offers an opportunity for career growth for the right applicant.

Key responsibilities will include:
•    Freight Logistics Coordination
•    Stock takes / Warehouse maintenance
•    Lead sourcing – Sales referrals
•    Customer Service
•    Branch administration support
•    Sales / Purchase orders

Requirements:
•    Forklift License
•    Must be computer literate
•    Microsoft office suite
