Sewage Digester Tanks: Woodman Point, Perth

The new sewerage digesters and gas storage tank had experienced water seepage through floor-wall joints and some other areas of upper level construction.

Xypex Concentrate was subsequently used to permanently seal the areas affected by water ingress and a Concentrate slurry coat applied at construction joints between all new concrete pours, making these critical areas liquid impermeable.

The project was completed in 1996.
