Shotcrete Concrete - ADCO Office

Xypex products were used as part of a concrete waterproofing solution for the new ADCO Constructions office on the Gold Coast, Qld. The logistics of the site and the close proximity of adjacent buildings meant that the below ground, four level basement had to be constructed from ground level down.

Waterproofing of the basement was successfully carried out using Xypex Admix C-1000NF to the shotcrete lining between the piles, combined with the use of Kuniseal C31DS as the waterstop and then Xypex Admix C-1000 added to the mix for the basement slab.
