The entire first floor balcony of the South Bank Convention Centre was treated with Xypex Admix C-1000NF to prevent the penetration of water into the restaurant and offices on the ground floor.

Due to the proximity of a water table, Kuniseal C-31 waterstop and Xypex Admix C1000NF were used in the lift pit to ensure structural waterproofing integrity.
