With the basement area below the water table and subject to a saline environment, the presence of Xypex crystalline technology within the concrete provides additional protection and increased concrete durability.
All pipe penetrations were wrapped with Kuniseal TP50 and pour breaks were treated using Xypex Concentrate in conjunction with Kuniseal C31 waterstop.
