Xypex is a non-toxic, chemical treatment for the waterproofing and protection of concrete. Xypex's primary and most distinguishing performance feature is its unique ability to generate a non-soluble crystalline formation deep within the pores and capillary tracts of the concrete - a crystalline structure that permanently seals the concrete against the penetration of water and other liquids from any direction.
Xypex Admix C-Series
Xypex Admix C-Series consists of a selection of two concrete admixtures, Xypex C-1000NF for concrete waterproofing and Admix C-5000 for concrete durability enhancement.
Xypex Admix C-Series outperforms other methods of concrete waterproofing, durability and protection because of its unique ability to become a truly integral part of the concrete matrix. Reduced Environmental Load with Xypex Admixtures
The GECA certification endorses Xypex Admix C-1000NF and C-5000 as having design and manufacturing attributes which directly reduce the environmental load by at least 30% when compared to like products available on the Australian market.
The life cycle assessment of Admix C-1000NF and C-5000 has been conducted as part of the GECA verification process, against the criteria of international standard ISO 14 024, Environmental Labels and Declarations.
