Xypex Admix C-1000NF has been used in this prestigious development for its ability to waterproof and protect the concrete, which is placed below the water table and is subject to tidal pressures. The project was initially designed with silica fume in the concrete and the design team changed this because of the unique self healing ability of Xypex. Kuniseal and Xypex Concentrate was used in the floor wall and vertical joints.
