A below ground water storage facility built by convicts over 100 years ago was relined by applying over 600 square meters of render, dosed with Xypex Admix C1000 NF and Xycrylic Admix over clay brick walls.
The floor required 40 cubic meters of 32 mpa concrete dosed with Xypex Admix C 1000NF at 1%.
The floor wall joint (80 lineal meters) was sealed using Xypex Concentrate dry pack and a polyurethane joint sealant.
Prior to the Xypex remedial application the tank was losing over 1 meter head of water pressure every 24 hours.
