The 40 mpa concrete podium deck for the Beacon Cove project was waterproofed using Xypex Admix C-1000NF, Xypex Concentrate, Kuniseal Waterstop and Kuniseal Tape. Approximately 1000 cubic metres of concrete has been treated using Xypex Admix C-1000NF, as well as 100 penetrations using Kuniseal Tape and 140 metres of construction joints with Kuniseal Waterstop and Xypex Concentrate.
The lift pits have also been treated with Xypex Admix C-1000NF in the concrete, Kuniseal and Xypex Concentrate in the floor wall joints.
