Australian Catholic University Fitzroy, Melbourne

The Australian Catholic University's new National Centre for Health and Wellbeing, which is a 6-Star Green Star Energy rating, comprises of lecture theatres and state-of-the-art learning facilities, as well as a gymnasium, bookshop, chapel, student centre and rooftop garden.

Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was utilised in below ground concrete works and exposed roof decks for waterproofing and protection. In excess of 5000 kg's of Xypex Admix C-1000 NF was employed.
Concrete construction joints were made water tight with the unique system of Kuniseal C-31 DS waterstop and Xypex Concentrate.

The project has been a complete success and is due for completion in May 2012
