Rob's strength is driving strategic initiatives that deliver value and effective outcomes to both internal and external Clientele. He implements methods and frameworks that continually drive improvement in delivering excellence in Service and Value. He has a continued awareness to external global factors that impact business, the environment and society as a whole.
