Evo Apartments Parkville Melbourne

Achieving durability and waterproofing were paramount for FMG Engineers when specifying Xypex products to the new prestigious Evo Apartments located in Parkville Melbourne.

The modern complex comprises of 74 one bedroom apartments, 102 two bedroom apartments, swimming pool, four lifts, and basement car parking for 218 cars is situated in an area with extreme hydrostatic pressure.

Xypex construction joint system, Xypex Concentrate and Kuniseal C-31 DS was specified along with Xypex Admix C-1000 NF for all shotcrete and base slab.

Xypex Australia was involved with a team comprising FMG Engineers, Toorak Formwork and Complete Shotcrete to successfully complete the project.

Approximately 6,000 kg's of Xypex products (mostly Xypex Admix C-1000 NF) were employed in the project.
