About the Role:

Due to business growth, an excellent opportunity has become available for a Professional HR Generalist to join our HR team. If you are a career minded individual that has a passion and takes pride, in being that support person providing assistance in all facets of HR and IR, aligning yourself as a Strategic Business Partner this position provides an excellent opportunity to the right candidate.

As this is a varied role providing support at all levels within the organization, you will be required to assist the HR team in developing and implementing HR Strategies and Initiatives that drive process improvement, to assist the organization in achieving, its Business Goals and Objectives.

Being a career minded individual that is passionate about assisting in the personal growth and development of individuals, you will possess strong relationship and networking skills that will influence performance and process outcomes.

To be successful in this role you will have a Bachelor of Business (HRM) degree or Postgraduate degree (HRM) or higher, with an understanding of relevant legislation and regulation with a minimum of five years’ experience in a HR Generalist role.
