Xypex - Equine Assisted Corporate Leadership Program
As a part of our commitment to our Leadership Team, our Management Group undertook a Mystery Leadership Retreat last year that certainly sparked plenty of dynamics and curiosity within the team. The day involved self-awareness exercises facilitated through the Wisdom of the Horse, focusing on Presence, Awareness, Group Dynamics and building Productive Relationships. Through this work, each individual was provided with feedback on how they as an individual influenced in their own right.
The team at the Wisdom of the horse filmed a short snippet to further illustrate the magnificent work they do for corporate teams.
