Xypex Thailand - Operations Manager

Our Thailand office is currently seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join the growing Xypex Thailand Team.

The ideal candidate will be able to successful demonstrate:

  • Effective Management of productivity in line with Estimated costs
  • Daily review of project costing’s to estimated cost and manage and address any over expenses
  • Communication with Management and Marketing and provide input on Quotations
  • An organised Project Timeline and Schedule
  • Accurate stock control and product ordering. Checking requirements daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly job schedules
  • Organise kick off meetings for each project
  • Effective communication with clients as appropriate levels of seniority
  • Effective communication with site supervisors, giving daily instruction and taking feedback and gathering information
  • Understanding of all aspects of Health & Safety, Environment policies and they are met along with Quality Assurance and Quality Control through regular site visits
  • Morning mobilisation team meetings
  • Ability to fulfil administration requirements including, but not limited to; invoicing (Effective management of progress payment claims), work schedule reporting and HSEQ Reporting
  • The evaluation of warranty claims prior to commencing any work
  • The attendance of regular meetings with Management and Marketing to update and review operations performance
  • Effective management of the Asset Management System to monitor and maintain tools, equipment, vehicles and other assets.
