2018 Year End Xypex Leadership Retreat

As a part of our commitment to our Leadership Team, our Management Group undertook a Mystery Leadership Retreat last week that certainly sparked plenty of dynamics and curiosity within the team. Our first day consisted of grouping together and travelling out to a beautiful property at Burringbar in the Tweed Valley, where our team were exposed to an opportunity of working with horses. Our first day started off with a self-awareness exercise facilitated through the Wisdom of the Horse, focusing on Presence, Awareness, Group Dynamics and building Productive Relationships. Through this work, each individual was provided with feedback on how they as an individual influenced in their own right.

What an amazing experience and challenge in its own right, first understanding the pecking order in the pack in the first instance, to then learning there were many personalities within the pack. Our second day, started early on the beach with a Yoga Session, warming up our bodies and minds in preparation on exposing our Management Team to some very empowering content, on how to positively influence and champion teams.
