Upon starting with Xypex WA in the BDP role I accepted, in my mind my tenure was going to be a short one due to being made redundant from a Sales and Ops management position in the precast concrete industry. Spending over a decade in the sales space before moving to Management, at the time I was feeling like I was taking a step backwards in my career… but boy was I wrong.

Now being at the business for over 6 years and moving from the BDP position into the State Managers role, it has provided lots of opportunity for growth both personally and professionally. Being a part of the leadership group and responsible for the state growth in WA with the team I have, is a lot of fun and it’s a joy to be a part of a great business culture that lives and breathes our values every day in all that we do.

Love to problem solve and create solutions. I live on the Sunshine Coast in QLD. Outside of work my interests include surfing, any beach time and watching my 2 sons in all their sporting activities. I’ve been involved with Rugby League all my life and was lucky enough to play professionally in both Australia and France. These days, I’m now coaching 2 teams here on the coast.

As a Business Development Manager at Xypex Australia for Qld and NT, I enjoy overseeing and supporting my team in all tasks, and fostering a positive and productive work environment; I really enjoy being a mentor.
